Stay healthy: Healthy diet, limit caffeine and alcohol, avoid tobacco, moderate exercise, and staying healthy all support fertility. "Fertility diets" are not real. Neither are herbs, otc drugs, vitamins, supplements, and tricks to 'make you fertile' - they don't work and can be dangerous. Good wishes.
