See physician: Should see physician, orthopod, neurosurgeon, internist etc. to determine etiology of pain. Could be related to spinal narrowing, disc herniation, nerve root irritation etc. Usually diagnosis of etiology made with imaging such as MR to determine what therapy is necessary.
