See a dermatologist: "Possibly cancerous"????? If it (they?) were malignant there would have been a big procedure after the pathology report. Any skin cancer at age 6 is extremely rare and occurs because of rare congenital syndromes. Have an ear DR (ENT) or dermatologist take a look and check on the precise diagnosis from 10 years ago. Either it was a cancer or not, probably not.
