Sounds like you're: perseverating on being pregnant despite evidence to the contrary, which sounds more like an anxiety disorder than paranoia. See your primary care doctor for evaluation for gastrointestinal causes of post-prandial bloating. See your OB-GYN to rule out pregnancy definitively & for adequate contraception. Then, if you still "obsess" about being pregnant, request a mental health referral.
