Test and wait: Take a home pregnancy test first -- repeat in 2-4 weeks. Make sure you never come in contact with his pre-ejaculate prior to intercourse! Watch for other signs: enlarged/tender breasts, weight gain, nausea, tighter pants. Period irregularity could be from many causes: stress, illness, medication... If you're not on another form of birth control, it may be a consideration.
