For four months now, Im getting chronic Lowe right side cramps in my stomach. Have gotten tests literally all the time, all come back normal. Docs say IBS. I have mucus in my stool when I have diarrhea and usually it goes back to normal.What is this?

I've been reading articles, can dybosis be a cause of ibs, acid reflux etc? I did a stool test and have dybosis and sibo.methane kind. can that be the root issue for acid reflux? belching? diarrhea and constipation? thank you
