Oral Ofloxacin: The most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, headache and diarrhea. Additional common and rare side effects are included in the patient education insert that the pharmacy will give when you receive your prescription. If you have specific concerns, make sure to speak with your pharmacist when you pick up your medication.

Floxin (ofloxacin) Otic Solution: potential side effects: unusual taste in mouth, itching, rash, dizziness, ringing in ears, headache, insomnia, cough, bleeding from ear, fever, nasal congestion, rapid heart rate, numbness or tingling.
