No: There is no known association with lactose intolerance. Colic is a descriptive word for pain that waxes and wanes. Biliary implies the ducts around the gallbladder, bowel and pancreas. Sometimes gallstones can cause this pain. A good way of beginning to look for this problem is an ultrasound. The pain often occurs after a meal high in fat.
