A member asked:

Does zoloft (sertraline) reduce adrenaline in the body ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Zoloft (sertraline) increases the availability of serotonin in the brain. That is how it works to treat depression and anxiety. If you are feeling tired from it that is a possible side effect but it is not because it decreases adrenaline.
