Wellbutrin (bupropion): can be added to Zoloft to help with sexual dysfunction. It is important if taking wellbutrin (bupropion) to cut way back on caffeine. It may take a couple weeks to adjust to the wellbutrin (bupropion) if you are having side effects.

Zoloft (sertraline) can be: used long-term. When I have taken patients with SSRI induced sexual side effects off the SSRI - the sexual side effect normally resolves. Take care.
