Lots of ideas: If it's unconjugated, I'll bet you have GIlbert's non-disease or maybe are hemolyzing for whatever reason. If it's conjugated, I bet you have cholestasis from omeprazole. Just where I'm guessing. Your physician has a duty to keep you informed.
