Bilirubin 1.6, other lft normal, reticulyte, ultrasound . i have retested 5x over 9 months . bilirubin fluctuates, do i need to keep testing bili?

Need more info: You are being followed with bili tests for a reason. I suspect you have other problems to cause reticulocytes. The bili is an indication of red cell break down or blockage of the bile ducts. Check with your doctor to see what the concerns are. If a blockage, rising bili is a sign of worsening blockage. If rbc breakdown, your anemia condition could be worse.
