See a doctor: Gastrointestinal bleeding can have many potential causes, including hemorrhoids, ulcers, gastritis, diverticulosis, and cancer. Taking omeprazole and having hep c are probably unrelated to the rectal bleeding. Rectal bleeding as well as the cause can be serious, so see a doctor right away.
