Variable: Almost 50% would be asymptomatic , with the disease first being suspected from routine blood tests. When symptoms present- they would include fatigue, weight loss, excessive sweating abdominal fullness ( from enlargement of the spleen) and bleeding episodes due to platelet dysfunction.
