Myofascial + PTSD: See my new view file. All pain issue start out as simple tissues disease. If no therapy is offer the pain will sear into the tissues and alter the harmony leading to complex pain disease. Like tn, crps etc. Myofascial therapy is with hand-on techniques or needle therapy. I like acupuncture. Wellness, sleep, massage. Believe it or not the opioids and xanax (alprazolam) maybe slowing the healing. See my notes.

Workmen's comp: Make sure you've reported this to your supervisor & filed a workmen's comp claim as soon as possible. You noted that you've had an MRI & xray of your upper arm but didn't report your results. Talk to your treating physician about this. S/he can tell you what's going on, what to expect & what to do. Be care of your hydrocodone & Alprazolam as opioids & benzodiazepines are addicting & dangerous drug.

File a claim: For any workplace injury a claim must be filed through the employer within 90 days or the injury may not be covered by the employer's insurance.
