Slow emptying: If the food residual was in the stomach, which I am assuming was the case, it could mean slow emptying of your stomach. This can happen due to things like diabetes or other nerve-related problems; or, due to narrowing of the outlet of the stomach. Please wait for the official radiology report, and follow up with your doctor.

It means: some food particles appears on the barium x-ray and needs to be interpreted accordingly.
