What are the infections and cancers associated with superior mediastinal and bilateral supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.

Lymphadenopathy: One would consider lymphoma usually they do a biopsy, then there are lung cancers ( especially if smoker or exposed to radon), TB,HIV, autoimmune disease(lupus,RA), mononucleosis,cat scratch fever,Castleman's disease,reactive lymph nodes if a persistent lung/sinus infection.Usually if they do no resolve in a month a biopsy is done.
