Yes , possible: cancer in abdominal cavity usually spreads along thoracic duct that opens on left ( Virchow's node) however there is lymphatic cross overs may spread to the left also Remember most of the time lymphadenopathy is benign not due to cancer , before you come to conclusion see your doctor may need biopsy and culture of tissue.
