Symptoms of cancer: Your sx not necessarily related to cancer.Joint pain,fatigue,nodes can be infection.When you have CA you are not really prone to infections until you start treatment.Most pts with CA will actually loose weight,not gain.Blood work will not find CA for most kinds of CA.Have your doc look at all your sx and check your nodes.If seems suspicious on exam a biopsy would be the next step.Keep me informed
