Upper abdominal pain: I assume it is not your bra. Causes of upper abdominal pain can be reflux ( with or without H pylori), gallstones, even clots to the lung( especially if family history or on birth control) ,Since clots is a medical emergency would seek immediate medical attention at an ER.
