I get red eyes when talking to people why ?

Probably dryness: When you concentrate, your blink rate diminishes allowing more tears to evaporate. When talking with people, if you are paying attention, your blink rate diminishes. You may have eyes on the edge of dryness, so that normal blink rate compensates well but when talking, the dryness shows up.

Need to blink more: Red eyes can occur with a number of things, and when we don't blink a lot, we tend to stare or can have episodes where our tear film is not hydrating our eyes as it would normally. Sometimes, allergens are culprits too. So, our blink reflex is normally quite active unless we are concentrating too hard unconsciously, and not realizing that we're not blinking, and this can make your eyes appear red.
