Allergy: Seems to be allergic to cream. Avoid using cream. Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Keep area dry. Can try Ibuprofen for pain and Ice application.

Treat like a burn: Rashes from certain products can often be considered and treated as a chemical burn. Cool compresses, aloe vera gel and possibly hydrocortisone cream may help.
