my two month old baby has developed a rash under her neck and runs all the way down to her bellybutton. should i be heading to the er? she isn't fussy

Wait and see: If your baby is acting fine then she probably is. A rash under the neck of newborns is incredibly come. Usually "heat rash" sometimes a yeast infection - neither is an emergency in this case. Keep the area clean and dry. Follow up with you pediatrician in the morning.

No: if no fever, no pain, eating well, active and alert, no need for ER. See your pediatrician tomorrow, it may be eczema
