hi dear doctor unfortunately i had gastric ulcers when i was 21, it doesn't exist any more but i'm suffering from constipation ; what's the treatment?

Constipation: Gastric ulcers are serious. I hope you are taking best care of your stomach. Constipation is typically a food and activity problem. Daily, make sure you eat high fiber foods: apple with skin, pear with skin, bran, whole grain oatmeal, peach with skin, apricot with skin, celery, asparagus, prune, prune juice; then walk for 20 min twice a day; minimize bread, sugar, muffin, pizza, pasta;
