Yes.: I see you already have had 1 baby. If you are sexually active (even if still breastfeeding) and had unprotected sex in the last 2 months then, yes, you're prego. I am hoping you are a non smoker/drinker and that you take a prenatal vitamin. The first 12 weeks are the time when the baby's organs are developing. See OB right away for US to estimate age of baby. Have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
