Can you specify: Not sure what the question is. What did they fine on the echo when they tested the fetus, and when was that seen. PS there are many other ways to rule out Down's Syndrome. I would need more information to answer this question better.

Odd question: An "echo" in the left ventricle does not make sense.If you mean there was a hole in the left ventricle found by echo, and it is gone, that happens and does not suggest Down syndrome. A hole there is one of the more common heart defects and spontaneous closure is common.
