Decongestant: When you sneeze there can be blowback through the station tubes up into the year and it will cause extra air pressure. Sometimes even infection. Use of an over-the-counter decongestant will hope fully open your eustachian tubes enough for the pressure to relieve. What you shouldn't do is stick anything in your ear. Good health.
