Yes: Patients who are this much overweight have a very significant decrease in fertility, and additionally have a much higher risk of complications in pregnancy. Obesity has serious consequences in pregnancy for the mother and the baby. If you lose weight, your fertility may return when you are not expecting it, so contraception should be used until you are healthy and ready to get pregnant.
