Being Overweight: For 5 feet 5 inches tall female, her ideal weight would be 125 pounds. Range is between 113 and 138 pounds. Increase of 20% of ideal weight is considered overweight, think: How do you feel about your weight and appearance? Does your weight limit you from some activities?
