ASPS: Advanced Sleep Phase Syndrome can be treated with bright light therapy in the evenings or behaviorally with chronotherapy. Bright light therapy consists of exposure to bright light in the evening and chronotherapy consists of an attempt to move bedtime and rising time later and later each day until the person is sleeping on a normal schedule. You should see a sleep clinician.
