GERD: Hi, if you have acid reflux you need to adjust your diet, avoiding Alcohol, greasy food, acidic food, spicy food, Chocolate, Caffein, and possibly Garlic. also losing weight could help a lot, do not lie down 30 minutes after you had food, have a lighter supper, talk to your doctor about PPI meds or H2 blockers.
