No Worry/ BTB Common: Nuvaring provides excellent birth control and menstrual regulation when used correctly. However, even with perfect use, you can occasionally get breakthrough bleeding. U can remove Nuvaring for four days, then reinsert it, which often stops breakthrough bleeding. However, you will need to abstain or use barrier method of birth control until next ring change.
