See a dermatologist: Are you sure they are petechiae? There is no "high acid level". You need an exam by a DR who can identify the spots on your legs. "Swollen joint"? Red, hot, painful? Any edema? Vein problem? Have you been ill or taking any meds or other pills? You need attention to determine the nature of this. Vasculitis???
