Neck spasm?: You may have spasm in the neck muscles causing the bones (cervical spine) to be pulled tightly together. Neck injuries, poor sleep posture, poor posture in your work place (desk and computer work) or emotional strain can be factors. Get checked: depending on the cause, you may benefit from massage therapy, skeletal manipulation, physical therapy. Do rule out nerve prob. Hope that helps

Contact your doctor to see about having a physical examination and any imaging studies to clarify the cause of your symptoms. Take care.
