It will come: It often takes longer after a miscarriage than after a birth. The body knows its pregnant by changes in hormones and stops your period while you are pregnant. A miscarriage is very common, but the body takes a little longer to figure out that you are no longer pregnant (the hormones are still there and high) When it figures it out, you will have a period. You can actually get pregnant first!!!

Usually w/i 3 months: Usually periods return within 3 months after a miscarriage. Check pregnancy test if nothing after 3 months or pregnancy symptoms
