Try minoxidil: Try topical solution of minoxidil (Rogaine or generic). If it works, it may take up to 4 months. Remember to wear disposable gloves when applying it.

There really isn't: Topical minoxidil isn't very effective; it's pricey and you'd need to use it for life. About 5% of US guys are completely smooth, and also have thin beards and don't go bald. Many women say they prefer this, and many "hunks" shave there. Paul Newman, the first "ripped" actor, had zero chest. Your physical fitness, which is completely under your control, overrides where you do and don't have hair.
