Do not recommend: I don't recommend doing any plastic surgery on your feet as you might end up with having pain where you had none before.

Feet: That's a really bad idea . As stated you could very easily end up with pain where there was none . We are what we are and we all have to accept that - including large feet that you just may well continue to grow into
