Irritation...: Dry, irritated skin can be caused by many things. Causes could be various - fabric of your bra, detergents used to clean your clothes, soap used, hydration status, chronic skin conditions. Start with hypoallergenic moisturizing, fragrance/dye free soaps, cotton bras and see if that helps. If persists, see your doctor.
