Find a reason: Need to find out a reason for lymphadenopathy and treatment will be the treatment of the underlying illness. If there is local infection with secondary lymphadenitis , may get better with antibiotics, please see a physician

Lymphadenitis: The cause matters; this syndrome often arises from infection or from malignancy or from neighboring skin inflammation; So, lymph node biopsy is essential; full exam and blood testing is essential; considerations of possible causes must be thoughtful and require testing - then treatment will focus on root cause
