I've been coughing for a week,i think this sore throat..because is itchy..and i felt a lymph nodes on the right lower side of my chin..is this common?

Viral infection: It sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection. It is common with that to cough, have a sore throat and for lymph nodes to swell up (they fight off infection). If your sore throat is severe you may need to be tested for strep. If your symptoms do not resolve in 1-2 weeks then you should also be seen by a doctor. In the mean time push fluids, rest and use some cough syrup.
