No: There are many neurologic illnesses which can have a normal EEG and MRI. However, you have such a constellation of different symptoms that I could not even guess, in this format, what is happening to you. Please consider seeing a neurologist for a thorough evaluation and additional treatment recommendations. Take care, and stay healthy!
