More information: is needed. Pulsating tinnitus can be due to blood flow within a vessel that is stimulating a structure involved in the processing of sound. This includes the acoustic nerve, cochlea, middle ear structures, brain stem nuclei and tracts as well as structures further upstream (medial geniculate, auditory cortex in the temporal lobe, etc.) I suggest you check your BP & see a neurologist and / or ENT.
