Need an exam: There are various problems that can cause headache and lightheadedness, Uncontrolled hypertension is one. Make an appointment with a physician soon. Better safe than sorry. Don't try to diagnose this on the internet, you won't be able to. You need a careful examination to determine the cause of your symptoms.

I suggest you get: looked at by a physician. If assuming a position causes lightheartedness, sleepiness and ringing in the ears one should have this looked into. Several conditions could trigger such a response. A 400 character limit precludes giving a good explanation.
