Been on lexapro (escitalopram) 10mg for a month. just started feeling extremely lethargic this past week. could it be side effect or too late to be?

Yes: It certainly could be. Antidepressants increase serotonin levels, and it takes a few weeks. Serotonin makes you sleep better. Plus, oftentimes, when you've been depressed for a while, you have not slept, so the brain sort of "catches up" when it feels better.
