Possible Crohn's ?: Consider evaluation for IBD/Crohn's disease. Of course, there are other possibilities, all of which deserve thorough investigation. Your doctor may choose to perform stool tests to rule out infection, to order antibiotics empiricially, and to recommend further imaging (enterography study, colonoscopy) as well as blood markers. In any case, blood as described is not normal & deserves evaluation.
