Upper or lower pain?: If your pain is in the upper right abdomen especially with radiation of the pain to the upper back it could signify gallbladder disease, call your doctor for an exam and tests. Pain in the lower right abdomen could be appendicitis and you need to be seen immediately. Any increased pain in any location, vomiting or fever needs to be seen ASAP. I hope this helps.

Plenty: Sometimes indigestion, abdominal pain can be a subtle and only sign your heart is calling out to you. In my experience its safer to rule out life threatening conditions like heart attacks, arrythmias and then focus on less threatening abdominal issues. Without a history, complete physical it would be unwise to diagnose you. Please see your doctor or go to the emergency room as soon as you can.
