Vomiting : A common reason for new vomiting is a virus or food-related infection. Abdominal distension and tenderness suggest bowel obstruction. Headache may indicate migraine-associated vomiting. Drug use can cause nausea and vomiting, particularly opioids and cannabis. You should talk to a doctor who can see you in person.
