Fertility: You are young so I am not sure how you would know you can not unless your medical history is significant for possible fertility problems. I would wait until you have begun trying before visiting a specialist unless you have a reason for being infertile. If your history suggest problems visit OB/gyn

Hard question: You can certainly talk with your doc or an OB/Gyn about the present state of your menstrual cycles and or verifying that you have the parts in the right place.However, fertility is a different question, involves a partner, and may not be proven (or not) until you get pregnant.A good sit down talk with a free discussion about why you have the question may be the best thing you can do for now
