what specific laboratory test or tests would you undertake to prove a build up of estradiol in a male due to inactivated mthfr enzyme? thank you.

DUTCH: There is urine hormone testing called DUTCH. However, too much estrogen in men is less related to MTHFR than other factors such as environmental toxicity. Endocrine disruptors such as some plastics and many other things cause men to convert testosterone into too much estrogen.
