Neither one: Levlen (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) would not cause a false positive pregnancy test, nor would it mask a pregnancy (i.e., you are pregnant, but because of levlen (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) the pregnancy test comes back negative).
